The staff were friendly, helpful and I did not feel rushed. It was a very nice enviornment. Everyone there seemed to truely enjot their jobs and that definately trickled out to the sales floor.
I was in the market for a NEW 2009 Honda Fit base car with a few add ons (keyless entry, remote start and armrest). I live 10 minutes from both Prime Honda and Boch Honda. I had gone into both dealerships numerous times to try and work out the pricing and get information and both Sales Managers seemed miserable and were abrasive to say the least.
I drove into Bernardi Honda after work and it was a sales force made in Heaven. No pressure, or high stress tactics, no BS. Everyone knew what they were talking about, no guessing, no extra $ at the end. Everything was silky smooth!

First off, I have hated the thought of having to buy a car- period! So we were in a position of finding a new (well new to us) vehicle. We were in Natick, attending one of our religious assemblys when we went by Bernardi's Honda Dealership and decided while we were in this neck of the woods to check it out. Like I said I HATED even the thought of playing the battle of negotiation! but then, I had never dealt with a man like Joshua during the emotional pressure of buying a car; he made us feel like family, even when my attitude was apprehensive at first. Not only was he friendly but also went out of his way to be acoomodating to us . He met all of requests and our needs. Would I travel 31/2 hours to purchase another vehicle from Joshua at Bernardi's- you bet I would. Would I recommend others to go there - yes I would. The whole expierence told me that Bernardi is a place that understands the feelings of anxiety and puts your needs first.

Best experience I ever had buying a car (5+ purchases). Everyone of the names mentioned made me feel comfortable. Joe, Internet Manager made me feel comfortable from the start. Scott even sat down to discuss numbers! I didn't feel like the salesperson had to go to the Wizard to get the "final price"..no back and forth bologna, or it didn't feel that way. Sasha, Accessories lady was so nice I bought an accessory and Janet Whalen was the most non-intimidating sales person I ever worked with..Tim McG..very professional. I stopped in because of a check gas cap message. The service people explained that and reset it. They also asked if I needed anything else, and looked up my service record to see that I was due for routine oil/lube. I was able to take care of that as well -- very helpful

I have been remiss in providing a dealer rating since my family and I purchased 3 certified pre-owned vehicles from Bernardi Honda in October 2006. I'm not sure if this is a record or not, nonetheless, it is a tribute to the outstanding sales staff (Josh McClaskey and Peter Nannery) who understood our needs and made it possible! Since then, the customer service has been excellent, from Kristin Cullinane, the customer service facilitator, the service advisors (Matt Carney, Brian Hendricks, Bobby Gazza, and Amanda Kiesman), the service technicians, to the drivers providing transportation to the Natick train stations. On March 10, 2009, I had an opportunity to attend one of Bernardi's Customer Workshops. Although the workshop is intended primarily for new car owners, I felt it important to attend as a certified pre-owned vehicle owned. During this workshop,Bernardi Honda management, customer service, service, and parts representatives provided important, useful information. Response to my questions and other participants were prompt and understandable in laymen's terms. The workshop also included a great buffet dinner! I recommend Bernardi Honda to others seeking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle and become part of the "Bernardi Honda family!"

Overall I had a very positive experience. I dealt with Jonathan McGilvray, and found him to be very professional and courteous. I made more than one trip to the dealership before I purchased the car, and he never pushed me to make a decision on the spot. I negotiated on the price and was satisfied with the final result. Bernardi's customer service is phenomenal. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you initiate making an appointment through your service being completed. They keep you up to date with the status of your vehicle, and check in regularly to be sure you are comfortable and to see if there's anything you may need (food, drink,etc)

Today I had horrific experience on the road- tire went flat. Being female I never learned how to change my tire, let alone where the jax are kept! Luckily I called Bernardi and Mike Hagopian answered the phone and talked me thru where everything was and how to use the tools to change my tire w/the spare and then drove to their shop and got a new tire without an apointment! An unexpected icy 180 rendered my former car undriveable - given the economy, we were -by no means- planning to buy a car now -- our car was nearly paid off (UGH!) Even though fate had other plans, we were determined to not rush through this very important research and decision process, no matter how unexpected it was. We live in MetroWest, and had driven by Bernardi countless times, so we knew where our first stop would be as we researched dealers/cars, as Hondas were of particular interest. Bernardi Honda has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. My husband and I were treated with nothing but respect and courtesy, and the congenial atmosphere was very low-key and relaxed. We did our best to get smart on our model (CR-V) and trim level of choice by doing as much research as we could, speaking with friends who own both CR-Vs and competing models, etc. We never felt like we were just another $-sign/potential sale. Being an educated consumer was important to us, and seemed to be appreciated (v. despised) at Bernardi. There is absolutely no pretense nor sliminess evident, as seems to still be the norm across the industry. What a welcome change. Though Bernardi Honda is a member of a much larger family of Bernardi dealerships across multiple car brands, you wouldn't know it. Our dealings with salesperson Amir Sabet in particular were great. Our money was tight and so we had to move quickly to lock in the best choice, once we knew precisely which model/trim level/color we desired. Our rental car was costing needless $$$ daily. A competing dealer ended up having our desired trim level in our preferred color on their lot - and they were able to beat Bernardi's price at the last moment, so we went with them, HOWEVER - I don't fault Bernardi one bit. It came down to stock and cost (Bernardi would have been able to transport a car to their lot in a day or two)...and we will absolutely be bringing our Honda to Bernardi for service appts. In addition, when they day comes that my husband needs to trade his car, Bernardi will be our first choice!

I purchased my Honda Accord at another dealer. The entire buying experience was awful. When it came time to service my car I went to Bernardi Honda in Natick. Everyone at Bernardi was great. They really care about you. Bernardi Honda had a dinner workshop at their place about Honda cars. The speakers spoke about things I didn’t know about my Accord. The dealer that sold me my Accord did not go over anything. A man from Honda (not Bernardi Honda) also was there. He also said that Bernardi Was the best dealer he has for Honda. If you want to go to a Honda dealer that cares about you I suggest you go to Bernardi Honda.

My husband and I went to Bernardi Honda in Natick last week in search of a new car. We had a wonderful experience at Bernardi Honda as we did not feel the high pressure sales pitch that other dealerships have given us. The salesman was very informative and knowledgable about the car we were interested in and when he wasn't sure of something, he asked the customer service manager whose name is Kristin (can't remember the last name) Kristin was extremely courteous and helpful and offered to throw in a couple of perks that we did not expect. Bernardi Honda was very competitive in their pricing. I would deinitely recommend going to Bernardi Honda if you are interested in purchasing a new car.

Got a coupon for a free oil change "Express Service" in the mail. I was able to make an appointment for the afternoon of the day I called. As I pulled in, Matt told me two problems he noticed in the ten feet it took to enter the garage (headlight and loose plastic underliner). The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and coffee and water were available. The service took a little longer than the 45 minutes I expected, but that was probably because the car was filthy, and it was so well vacuumed it looked like it had been detailed. They did pick up on another problem that I was already aware of, but did not come up with any questionable issues (ie, blown up out of proportion or manufactured ike the time my husband brought his car to a muffler chop and was told he needed an $80 gas line cleanout). Can't beat the price, yet I could not have been treated better.

One of my best buying experiences! I knew what I wanted and visited cars.com to send 3 emails to Honda dealers. All 3 responded, but Charlie was the only one to engage me quickly in conversation. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He invited me to come down to have my trade-in inspected and I told him I would only do that IF we agreed on the phone on the new car price. He accepted my price and down I went.

Erik was very helpful in setting up my service. I brought my vehicle for after-hours service (where they offer 10% off). Unlike the morning dropoffs, there is no courtesy service to take me home or to the office while the car is in for service. When Erik found out I had no way of getting home if I were to drop off my car, he arranged for a loaner car. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I feel like I got Mercedes level service at my Honda dealership.

Ted put me in the very capable hands of Denis Swift, a sales and leasing consultant. I can't say enough good things about Denis. Having worked for Bernardi for 19 years, his Honda product knowledge was very extensive. He told me things about the car I had been driving for two years that I wasn't even aware of. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer about the Accord I was considering. If you ever have any questions as to why you should consider a Honda, talk to Denis. Ted and I then continued our negotiations and I'm very pleased to say that he worked very hard to put together a deal and I drove away from the dealership in my new Accord Ex-L. As anyone at Bernardi can attest to, I did my research before buying my car. I went to at least five dealers, had competitive quotes from all of them, and then I came to Bernardi. Well, my search stopped there. I was greeted when I walked in the showroom at 9am on a Saturday morning and was promptly introduced to the BEST salesman put on this planet. The one and only Muhammed Ali. He was so nice, listened to what I was looking for and the numbers I presented. Then I met Jeff, also incredibly nice and conversational. Then I met Scott who along with Muhammed kept me laughing while he told me everything I needed to know about Bernardi and their reputation. Well, everything he said was exactly right. Everyone I met put me at ease with what had been, up to that time, a very stressful purchasing process. Sad to say that buying a car as a single woman, you still encounter the cliched slimy salesmen. I came back to Bernardi later that day, after speaking to yet another dealer who, although they could match the price, the customer service was so far lacking what I had already experienced with Muhammed and Scott, that I had already decided they were getting my business. I was never once pressured to buy any extras that I was not comfortable with and even the meeting with the "money guy" George was completely easy and actually enjoyable. At the end of the day, I cannot be more happy with the experience I had at Bernardi, am in love with my 2009 Civic EX-L, and will not go anywhere else for service. I will most definitely recommend Bernardi and Muhammed to anyone who is even considering buying a car. I can't thank Muhammed enough for helping me with buying my car. I have only ever owned Honda Civics (the one I just traded in had 153,000 miles on it) and I will continue to be a Honda girl all the way. After looking for 6 months for a 2006 Honda Pilot, Charlie at Bernardi phoned to tell us they had a specific vehicle for us. We went the very next day in late October 2008 and Pete Nannery showed us the car. He was so professional, easy going and non pressuring. We sat for 10 minutes to negotiate the car. Pete came right down to our price almost $3,000 lower than sticker price for the car. No other dealerships were willing to come close for an 06 EXL Pilot. Plus there were many other people at the dealership looking interested in our car and I'm sure Bernardi could have easily sold it for more money. Then after meeting with financing, they brought our rate way down after we pointed out other dealerships who were offering a much lower rate for used cars. The finance mgr did stress that we earned the lower rate because of our excellent credit score. Pete delivered the car to our home, an hour away, a few days later. Last Sunday 1/4/09, our vehicle died in a parking lot. After having it Jump started, we drove it to Honda North in Danvers. They said in order to properly diagnose the problem, they would need to remove the non factory alarm. it would be $298 to remove the alarm plus $140 to diagnose the problem. the alarm was not covered under the extended new car warranty and it was understandable since it was not a honda, factory alarm. i decided to give bernardi honda a call knowing they were not obligated to do anything. Rick Voss, the service director, not only helped, but took over my communications with Honda North. He authorized them to take the alarm out, replace the now malfunctioning battery and left us with the standard honda alarm. 2 days after picking up the car, i received a check for the total $438.38 from Bernardi. Rick Voss kept saying, "we want customers for life." my husband and i have had some negative dealings with car dealerships in the past and have had a bad opinion of them. Rick Voss and Pete Nannery and of course Charlie have all changed that. Thanks so much guys!!! You are bringing a good name and reputation back to your industry!!!! Thanks for being so honest, profesional and saving us a huge financial headache we could have had. we strongly reccomend Bernardi Honda for sales and service no matter how far you have to drive.

I made an offer at the price that I wanted and of course I expected them to negotiate (which they did). Since I had already done my homework (and they knew it), they accepted my offer. Everyone at the dealership is so professional and they are truly willing to work with you on pricing. The building is clean, nice and comfortable. I had sweet and sour meatball sauce all over the passenger rug. The Mgr. helped me with scheduling a cleaning and also, made sure the new floor mats i purchased, were installed in the car for me. I have a 2004 Honda Pilot with 48000 miles on it. The "check engine" light appeared. I took the Pilot to the dealer (not Bernardi) from whom I bought it. That dealer told me it would be $112 for a diagnostic that could be applied to any repairs. After the diagnostic I was told I needed a new transmission which would be $4800. I decided to get a second opinion. I checked this DealerRater and since Bernardi had very good reviews, I made an appointment there. Within an hour, Mike told me I do indeed need a new transmission, but he said Bernardi could replace it with a goodwill warranty from American Honda that will cost me $500 total with warranty. I highly recommend Bernardi for Honda service.

Why were Bernadi so good: I show up and the car is being prepped for delivery. Bernadi beat the price offered by the 'wrong' dealer. Paperwork process was clearly explained and easy. Professional explanation of additional service warranties but no pressure to buy. Service manager spends the time to sit in the car and pair up my blackberry bluetooth phone.

This is the first time that I have written a review on any organizations customer service. To be honest I don't have the time. Bernadi was worth the time!

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I went into to buy a Civic Manual not having driven a Manual on the road. But Eddie still let me test drive a Manual in an empty parking lot :-). He was patient and did not laugh at my craziness and how I was kinda freaking out :-). I had second thoughts about if I should buy a manual so I ended up leaving without buying, but will definitely go back and recommend them. Eddie was one the most friendliest sales person that I have met and he did not put any pressure to buy the car, even after I had spent atleast a couple of hours at the dealership.

As usual, the trip to Bernardi Honda's service dept was handled with the utmost professionalism. Brian was very helpful. My Odyssey was serviced (routine oil change) in a reasonable amount of time, enough time for me to check out the new Insight and Fit. I have owned a Mercerdes and a Range Rover and I have to say, the services I have gotten at Bernardi Honda is on par, if not slightly better than Mercedes and Range Rover dealerships. I have referred a couple of friends to buy their new vehicles at Bernardi already. Will buy my next car here.

Helen and Peter were excellent. Peter was the sales person. He never got frustrated no matter how many cars I test drove. He was a gentleman throughout the entire buying process. Both Helen and Peter were knowledgeable about the cars, detailing the characteristics of each model I test drove. When I made my decision, the sales process was easy and smooth. The next day Helen called and informed me that the car had a timing chain not a belt which means I do not have change the part at a later date which would be a costly maintenance.
